Bentley, a classic wedding car

Congratulations to Harriet and Rob. I just completed their Wedding Photography coverage this afternoon and my first wedding of 2010. After a succesful 2009 I’m hoping 2010 is even better, and what better way to to start a new year by photographing one of the all time classic car marques, the Bentley. This car was Harriet and Rob’s wedding car; when it rolled up to a chilly and snowy St Marys church in Launton (Bicester) it really oozed class.

I just wanted to share this photo with you; it was taken with the awesome Nikon 14-24mm F/2.8 lens. I hope you like it, if you do please share a comment below.

10 January, 2010 - 8:35 am G.F. " Frank " Brown - Hi Terry, That's a beautiful car. Do you have any other pix of it? I'm a classic car nut and love good pix of great cars. I like to shoot car and motorcycle shows, bikini contests, and concerts/bands. I have three classics myself : A 1966 Checker Marathon Station Wagon A 1972 Chevrolet Monte Carlo And a 1976 Mercedes-Benz 280 C None are in restored condition yet, but I have pix of them and others, on my photo page at http://www.myspace.com/vividimagephoto Thanks for your great posts and information. Frank

10 January, 2010 - 9:02 am admin - As you asked so nicely, I've posted a slightly wider black and white shot of the Bentley.

12 January, 2010 - 1:54 am G.F. " Frank " Brown - Excellent picture, Terry. It would be nice to have some side and rear view shots, but as this was a wedding and not a car show, it is very understandable. Again, great work as always. Thanks, Frank
