Monthly Archives: August 2010 The must book things of any wedding are date, photographer and venue. All three are important but it is the venue I want to mention in this blog. Right now I’m at the Tudor Barn in Burnham, a classic large barn that has been turned into a Wedding Venue. it is by no means grand...  Ah, the Great Barn. It does not take long to realize what makes this Wedding Venue “great”. It’s location is 2 miles away from anywhere so it’s perfect for the Wedding reception to party on until the late hours. And so it was that I photographed the wedding ceremony and reception of Charlotte and Paul...  Many congratulations to the lovely Aileen and Jason. I had a really amazing time, took some great shots (if I may say so myself, but feel free to disagree) and some really deep chats to random people; especially one guest who did not like the current musical climate!  Throughout various times at the Wedding yesterday, I was asked if my job as a Wedding Photographer is as great as it sounds, and there are times when it is very pressured, but there are often moments where I feel so happy to be able to share a moment throughout the day; Charlotte’s and Paul’s...  Just a quick post, while editing the wedding photos from the weekend, I recall the Accordion player perform one of my favourite pieces, Por Una Cabeza. |
