This device just arrived this afternoon. I’m taking it out on an event this evening. It is essentially a mobile backup device for Compact Flash cards. You can backup other digital storage mediums with a 17-1 adaptor but I see no use for that at this point. What is so great about this over other... I have updated the homepage, the nikon page and I’m in the middle of writing/coding an enquiries page all in the quest to make Google happy. Right now, Google is behaving like a stroppy girlfriend; something is wrong, but she won’t tell me what it is, won’t give me any clues, won’t cooperate in helping...  Before I got my D3, I always joked to Kelly that it was called the wrist breaker because of it’s size and weight. The irony did not escape me when yesterday morning at 5.30am I woke up to a my right wrist in absolute agony, so much so that something had to be done immediately;... I’m having repeated conversations with several people who ask me what camera they should buy, and I keep telling them it’s not the camera…. it has always been about the lens!!
