Terms & conditions

A deposit of 10% is required at time of booking, then full payment is to be made 30 days before the wedding date.
It is the responsibility of the client to have guests write on the Signed Picture Frame but assistance will be given where necessary.
The Coffee book and Moments books should have the photographic contents confirmed by the clients within six months after the wedding date.
The Portrait DVD can have a maximum of three chapter subjects and the music of the client's choice.
The Jorgensen Album consists of 14 pages with up to 50 photos. More can be added, please contact me for more details.
My Secondary Photographer chosen is at my discretion.
Online Web Page will be under my domain name. So your page will be www.terrylee.net/[name]
The images taken under the Silk Box Collection are Copyright free, for all other collections they will cost £250 up to a maximum of 200 photos.
Dates for the Pre & Post wedding shoot must be made no within one week of booking being made; of course full flexibility is catered for.

Our Silk Box is a very special treat for those who want the very best. I have designed it so that there is everything you could need in one pampered package. When putting this together, I imagined my clients to be the type of people who want the finest things in life and are slightly different from the norm. They require the something very special and I believe if you are looking for something unique, then you will not be disappointed with my Silk Box.

Full Day Photographic Coverage

We can start shooting from whatever time you require me to; and I have started at 6am before! We work with you prior to the Wedding Day to plan a shooting schedule so we know where to be at the right time to get the best shots. The total shooting period is up to you. Your Wedding Day has to run like clockwork so I keep shooting until a reasonable hour. We do not like to set specific times, because each Wedding is unique and different so I work around that.

Signed Picture Frame

A classic dark wood frame measuring 23” by 14” with a canvas so your guests at the reception can write their messages to you on the day. In the middle will be a 6” by 4” photograph of your choosing which we will insert later.

Jorgensen Wedding Album

There are Wedding Albums and then there are Great Wedding Albums. Based in Australia, their beautiful hand craft books are works of art. Every aspect can be customized, from the page layouts which are made out of thick sturdy materials to over 30 types of woods, leathers and metals for the protective front and back cover.

A Twenty Page Coffee Book

A hard cover landscape format book that you can take for your friends to see or just to remind yourself over and over again how wonderful your Wedding Day was.

Two Moments Books

These books are something very unique to Terry Lee Photography. Your Wedding is all about one in a lifetime moments so we make sure we capture them for you.

Prior to the day, we discuss which particular elements are of interest to you. For example it could be the detail of the dress, the groom and his friends, the brides maids or the flowers. During the day we collect images based on these themes. Once they have been all digitally enhanced I then produce two magnificent books for you to keep to coincide with your Wedding Album and Coffee Book. You will love seeing your Wedding in a way you never imagined.

Secondary Photographer

Having two photographers to cover your event is essential. The advantages include full coverage of bride and groom's morning preparations and less chance to miss your unforgettable moments.

A Dedicated Online Web page

Once you are happy with your photos we store them online on my secure website for you to share and enjoy wherever you are connected to the internet.

Exclusive Image Are Yours To Keep, Copyright Free

Unlike some photographers we believe you hire us to take the hassle out of photography for you and that includes giving you the option to do whatever you want. We give you up to 200 photos, all digital mastered and enhanced.

Pre & Post Wedding Shoot

How about having some photographs of the both of you in casual and informal surroundings? This will be added to part of the Wedding Collection.

Portrait DVD

We compile a selection of photos of your choice and produce a magical DVD experience for you to view along with the music of your choice. This something you can view on your television in the future or if you wish we can re master it online for you so your friends and family can share in the experience.
