2.1 Booking Deposit: The deposit mentioned is required at the time of booking, together with a signed
contract. Cheques should be made payable to Terry Lee
2.2 Booking fee is non refundable
2.3 The balance is due 30 Days prior to the wedding ceremony as agreed
2.4 Booking Fee guarantees that date with Terry Lee Photography
2.5 Quote applied is only valid for 30 Days from this dated document, after which Terry Lee Photography
reserves the right to adjust prices necessary.
3.1 Terry Lee agrees to devote his full time attention and ability for the duration of the Assignment.
3.2 Within the scope of the Assignment Terry Lee will record whatever events the Client reasonably
requests.
3.3 Formal shots (also known as group shots) will be conducted with a shot list provided by the client at
least 7 days prior to wedding date. Terry Lee will not guarantee any formal shots unless that list is provided for in due time.
3.4 This contract is personal to the Photographer and may not be assigned.
4.1 Terry Lee Photography shall be the sole professional (still) photographer at the venues. Family and
friends are fully encouraged to take photographs throughout the day.
5.1 If Terry Lee Photography terminates this contract for reasons beyond his control for example: death,
injury or sickness, liability shall be limited to a full refund of all moneys paid.
5.2 If the customer wishes to change the booked date, subject to Terry Lee Photography’s availability and agreement, this contract and all monies paid may be transferred to the new date only once.
6.1 The Client is requested and strongly recommended to take out a wedding insurance.
7.1 DISPLAY – The Photographer shall be permitted to use any photograph included in this contract as
promotional material without payment of any fee. This will include publication on the internet or otherwise and entering of competitions.
8.1 Neither party shall be liable for any breach of its obligations resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control.
8.2 Causes deemed to be beyond reasonable control shall include:
8.3 Death or serious injury of illness of a close family member
8.4 Injury to or illness of the Photographer personally.
8.5 Each of the parties agrees to give notice immediately to the other upon becoming aware of an event of force majeure such notice to contain details of the circumstances giving rise to it.
9.1 Under the Copyright and Design Act 1988 all images and photos will remain the copyright of Terry Lee. It is contrary to the Act to copy or allow to be copied photographically, electronically or by any other means an image created as part of this contract without the written permission of Terry Lee.
10.1 Retouching, adjustments and digital manipulation of the images is at the discretion of Terry Lee. Any alterations is to be determined by Terry Lee Photography
